INTERNAL SUN - ONE TO ONE 90 MINUTE SESSION
MOVEMENT / HEALING / CREATION
~ A doorway through the body into the creative self ~
I offer a space for transformation to help you tune into your highest vibration.
Through movement and meditation, into healing and then through the doorway of the body into the unobstructed creative self. The session in divided into three like an equilateral triangle.
The first part is ki-gong - tapping, vibration (shaking medicine), gentle stretching, guided energy meditation
The second part we move into hands on healing - combination of reiki and hands on healing I help you ground your energy down with Mother Earth.
Last part of the triangle is with all the art materials out on the floor - we create
Meeting yourself in creative plain and helps you to connect with your subconscious and higher self. Ultimately leading you to your inner light and shadow, which is so important to be witnessed.

EXCHANGE IS £70 FOR A 90 MINUTE SESSION
